As this school year comes to an end, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your support of the students in our district. We recognize this year has tested the fortitude of students, families and staff. While the pandemic fostered uncertainty, our commitment to supporting the district was steadfast.
Last fall, the Mounds View Schools Education Foundation (MVSEF) recognized the challenges distance learning posed for so many of our students and their families. Whether it was ensuring reliable internet access, or supplementing the district’s chromebook inventory, MVSEF was committed to supporting Mounds View District students.
Your support, either through a gift to our annual giving program or participation in the “At Home Edition” of Rock the School House, had a meaningful impact on students this school year. While last year’s Rock the School House allowed us to gather only virtually, we are very excited to share that we are planning an in person Rock the School House this September. Mark your calendar for Saturday, September 11th, from 6-10pm, at the North Oaks Golf Club.
Although the details regarding this popular event are a work in progress, it will be a welcome opportunity to gather and celebrate the important partnership between the MVSEF and the Mounds View School District.
